Our Story
This event was founded by retired Oklahoma City Deputy Fire Chief Tony Young. Mr. Young, who is now a local Farmers Insurance Agent in Oklahoma City and his wife, Debby wanted to put together an event to celebrate Military, Fire and Police for their service to their communities. This event has been created to raise funds for charities that they are honored to partner with. With the generosity of our local business and volunteers, our inaugural Heroes For Charities Golf Tournament in 2017 raised over $12,000! This event is also a friendly competition between military, fire and law enforcement with our Military Heroes winning the trophy in 2017.
